There is no better way to look after your emotional and physical body than by practicing yoga. We are so busy in our daily lives that we spend most of our time in our heads, either going over the past or thinking about the future. In reality the only moment that really matters is the present moment, the NOW, that is where it’s all happening! That is where we need to be; and that is where yoga will teach you to stay.

Join us for YOGA on the beach with beautiful views to the ocean, or why not try SUP YOGA actually ON the ocean! SUP Yoga is a very special feeling and is a lot easier than you think! Specialized classes for windsurfers and kitesurfers are also offered, where the focus is on building strength and stamina, whilst at the same time remaining flexible and in control.

All levels are welcome to join in a non-competitive practice paying attention to body alignment, breath and awareness. You are given different variations of postures so that you can use the one that most suits your level – or how you are feeling in the moment! The style of yoga is Hatha and Hatha Flow. You are encouraged to go at your own pace and not to push and strain your body.
